Printing Problem

Is anyone having a problem trying to print packing slips?

I have been trying for 24 hours and it keeps stating this:

Unable to load due to system error.

Please close the page and try again.

Any help would be welcomed.

Yep, tried to print mine this morning and can't due to system error. Now shipments will go out late unless they fix this soon.

I think that there is more than one way to print a packing slip -- see if using another method works better for you.

There were other threads on this yesterday - many with the same problem.  The solution I found was to restart my computer and clear the cache and then log back into eBay.  Some tried using another browser, but that did not work for me.  There were others who cleared cache, tried again, and it worked.
