No option to link paypal

I am trying to link paypal to my account so I can pay shipping fees.  I had temporarily removed it during a hiatus and I've sold a couple items that I need to ship. 

Under my ebay/account/payment information, the only two options are "payments" and "donation amount."

No option to link paypal.  Has this moved elsewhere or become unavilable?

They dumped Paypal in favor of managed payments. You have to link your bank account to Ebay in order to receive payments from customers. As far as I know though, you should still be able to pay for shipping labels with Paypal, but I'm not certain on that. May 21st is the cutoff to sign up for Managed payments or you won't be able to list anything any more.

Since you're on Managed Payments, you can use the pending funds to pay for shipping.

In MP you have two options for paying for shipping labels.  You can use your pending funds or your bank account on file.  When you go to print your labels you will be given that choice - scroll down - it's on the bottom left.     It should be defaulting to one of those choices, and you can switch it there.  PayPal is no longer an option.
