Printing Labels

Heads up Ebay tech team - I had A LOT of problems printing labels today on Ebay (nothing else). Not recognizing print command, stating unable to print, saying something about address, etc. I FINALLY got through it after restarting a couple of times, signing out a few times. Headache - take a look at it. Thanks,
