Hello I cannot print mine either, tried to call them and got a message to call back during their business hours. I thought they were open 24/7. I don't know whats going on except my page looked totally different.
I cannot print shipping labels today either. Page has changed and after you have inserted weight and dimensions, correct prices appear, but the link to print does not activate. There is also no way to contact Ebay for support. Please help!
I am having the same problem. When you try to put in the proper dimensions the button to purchase grays out and you can not purchase the postage. It does allow me to print the postage with a dimension of 1x1x1.
If you click on carrier packaging then click back to custom size it will let you print and turns it from grey back to blue. Just make sure it is on priority mail as sometimes it changes it to a flat rate option.
