Printer Friendly page is not printing properly on Safari as of today. It cuts off all the sales information on the right side.

Safari is notorious for having problems
Download Chrome for times like this

Does the same information get cut off on the right if you print to PDF?

@bbravo65 I think it may have something to do with eBay changing from opening a new "print friendly" page (an actual page), to the new "modal window" format, which can't be printed (either to paper, or PDF) in Safari. Haven't tried other browsers, mostly because I refuse to use another one - these just aren't important enough to me.
So far, the only work-around I've found (the few time I've needed one) has been to screen cap the modal window, then print the resulting image file from Preview. That, or actually printing the non-print friendly page, which works fine.

I think that is correct. I like using my iPad for EBay. I never had a problem before this “modal window” popped up instead of a tab. It stinks. I hope they change it back.

I have the same problem on Safari. I just tried to use the printer friendly page option while using google chrome as my browser and it doesn't work there either so it's an eBay problem. I will just quit making business purchases on eBay from now on i guess since eBay took away my ability to get a receipt. This was a bad decision on eBay's behalf.

Try Firefox. If that does not work it may be an eBay/Macintosh issue.
The printer friendly version of the purchase history order details seems to be working for me in Firefox on a Windows 10 machine.
