Print new label and add tracking says number already used?

Twice I have had this happen.

A new tracking number just received,

then eBay says already used and I can

not enter it to the order!

I track the number and it says label created.

I am out 10 bucks now waiting 30 days to

get refunded through Pirate Ship.

The post office is re-issuing tracking numbers,

and eBay is holding them longer?

Just happened again this morning!

Printed label and got tracking number from USPS try to

enter and it states already used!!!!

I am NOT adding tracking at all eBay

I am sick of this!

Doesn't ebay automatically add tracking info once label is purchased? Mine does that but maybe everyone's does not.  Maybe refresh your items sold/shipped page and it will show up. Sometimes I have to play around with things myself. Right now, my issues is it tells me that I have ZERO sold items OMG . Hope you get/got it figured  out!

They are printed through Pirate Ship.

I did not redo the label sent today,

as tracking showed the label was created.

After mailing, tracking stated accepted from

my location and expected delivery date.

So nothing is wrong with the numbers given

on my labels, this is another eBay glitch.

And I still can not enter the tracking number,

so I just sent the customer a link for tracking.

This is a member to member discussion board so there is no one here that can look into it. You would have to contact customer service to do that. There are ebay reps that do sometimes answer when they are notified here but as it is now the weekend they won't be around. You might want to contact customer service by going to the help and contact at the top of the page and then scrolling down until you see the contact us link.

Or, you might want to try linking your Pirateship and eBay account so the tracking automatically shows up on eBay. I think that quite a few people here do that without any problems.
