Hi,

We are also having the same issue since Tuesday. The issue seems to be if you are using a web browser. Videos play fine on ebays app. I called into ebay customer service this morning and he opened up a service request. I am hoping everyone calls into ebay so they will understand how important this is to get this issue fixed immediately.
