HI. I am based in the UK, and send internationally for a flat fee. All countries, same fee. Sold this item today to the USA, and it did not charge the customer any postage. Item 322936981348. When I looked in the listing, it is correctly set to either 9.95 or 5.95 for two options of tracked services.
However when a customer looks at the listing, and chooses USA, or any other country, it states that tracked postage is FREE. What can I do!

This is what I see for the US, 2 options....... looks like you have free shipping as one option for all countries, including US so I would guess you have a free shipping option in the international section of the listing form........
Well, that lost the formating so hard to see, but go to your listing and on the shipping page, chose a country you ship to and you'll see it.
