I found something strange, not sure if this is a new glitch. For some search terms, I can't view all the listings. For an example, when I search for "kenwood km x1" it says 4 results but shows only 1 listing. If I change the sort method, it shows different listings. Mobile App search results correctly show all 4 results. What could be causing this issue? I don't have any filters assigned. I've tried on 3 different browsers, and 2 different eBay accounts. Same result. It does the same thing to other long tail search terms as well. Some general terms do show a correct number of items.

What does that mean? Please be more specific.
Here's an old thread describing this behavior:
Generally, if you do three searches:
ABC -XYZ
ABC +XYZ
ABC
The results of the first two searches should have no common items, but adding the results of the first two searches together should give you the third search, exactly.
But that's not how it works in practice.

I appreciate your help but it still does not make sense to me. The examples above are too generic. The specifics of using Body Burberry or Burberry body which is a type of perfume should not yeild different items in my book.

It appears that the search results for "Burberry body" is giving preference for items which have Burberry and body in close proximity. Even though both search results pages appear to be in the women's fragrances category, they both include items not actually in that category. The "body Burberry" search even includes items that don't have Burberry in the title at all (use the category filter to the left to choose "Home and Garden" to see examples of that).
Not really sure what Cassini is trying to accomplish here, frankly. I could make some guesses, such as that most people searching for "Burberry Body" are looking for things like Burberry Body Lotion and Burberry Body Fragrance, and Cassini is steering them in that direction, while folks searching "Body Burberry" are more likely to be searching for things like "soft body Burberry bear doll", but that's just a guess on my part.
I agree it's confusing, and eBay could be more transparent about the mechanics of what's going on.
