Pictures are failing to upload

Most, if not all pictures are not uploading into new listings. I have buyers messaging asking "where are your pictures for this item" and "it would be nice if I could see the product." So nice this is happening, so we get lose sales.

My pictures are "uploading" and then just go gray. Has been happeing for a couple of hours

It's a known tech issue affecting both app and web; eBay is working on it.

Things like this typically get high priority so hopefully we'll see a fix today.

Hey @foundmyclothesusa! Thank you for the report. Our Product team is currently working on a fix for this issue and there is also a sitewide ticket open under ALERT15947. The Community team will do our best to update as we hear status updates on the ticket.
