Pickup Only Glitch?

I went to run a sale today and noticed something strange on some of my listings.  When I was choosing items to run the sale on some of them came up as "pickup only" when I offer shipping on all my items.  This "pickup only" was showing up during the sale selection screen in Markdown Manager.  I searched for the actual listing on some of these "pickup only" items and there was shipping offered in the listings.  How can I be confident that EVERYONE also sees shipping options for these items though?  Don't know why they came up as "pickup only" in the edit section of my markdown manager?!  Anyone else have this issue?

Promotions/Markdown manager is not working, among other things...Too many glitches the past couple of months. I want to make a sale two weeks now but i gave up...waiting for the time the "highschool" techs are going to fix the enormous amount of issues that the site has from the beginning of the summer or even late spring.
