Photos will not upload

My photos will not upload and can't sell anything for 2 days now.  Anyone know a fix for this?  I already switched internet browswes, changed settings by deleting cookies blah blah.  Is this an ebay problem on their end?  Customer service was no help and a waste of an hour and 30 min, athough i did find out the weather is nice in the philippines.

I uninstalled BitDefender on my computer which corrected the issue.

I should have added that the eBay domains (some or all) must ALSO be added to the whitelists of any blockers one may be using as well.

Pictures are now uploading for me. I had done everything I could think of on my end. It seems eBay has resolved the technical problem, at least for me. Hope that it will keep working. Thanks eBay!

I have not been able to upload a photo since mid-June!

Hi guys,

Turns out it was an Anti Virus blocking the pictures upload. I was using Bit Defender and apperently after one of their last updates, they started to block the uploading of files to Ebay. I just went to the exclusion list and added the eBay URL and it started to work again.

Check your computer for Bitdefender software. If you have it, you will need to add an exclusion for ebay.com

Here's the fix folks - 

I have been hitting this wall trying to get my pics to upload to ebay form google drive so I can use File Exchange and automatically upload multiple files (separated by pipe delimiter).  It keeps looking for a jpg or other valid file extenstion.  I read so many answers and tried so many things - using private mode or Chrome - tried them and they didn't work.  Here's what I tried that finally DID work 🙂 🙂 .

When you get your URL from Google drive, it looks something like this:  https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hrxwPUgZK6lvDpWwgTFXlrM2QkYWWoIJ     Replace the text following the google.com/ and just prior to the file ID with this:  uc?export=view&id=

 So, instead of the URL example I pasted above, use this:  https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1hrxwPUgZK6lvDpWwgTFXlrM2QkYWWoIJ 

So happy to have found this - will be posting for others to see as it wasted many days and caused frustrating hours.

Try deactivating some of the recent apps you installed on your browser, r maybe the ones that have been updated.

Same issue 2/23/2019 = i was unable to post using Chrome both drag and drop and direct select.

I open eBay using MS Edge and loaded as usual.

Chrome has become unstable and glitchy on my office desktops and home laptop.

I see you are registered in the UK. Are you trying to sell on ebay.com or ebay.co.uk? If the latter, you may want to sign out of the US site.
