I created a "Sale event + Markdown" this morning. I started with 2 items, launched, then added more items. I changed my mind about a couple of items and deleted them from the Sale Event. After I deleted the items, their photos still showed up in the "Sale Event Banner" section of the "Create a Sale Event" screen. I went a head and re-launched anyway figuring eBay needed to catch up. After waiting a while I found that when I go in as a customer to check the sale, the photos of the deleted items are still there and photos of added items are not.
When I look at the Sale Event Status Report, one of the deleted items says "Removed April 13, 2018 at 8:14am PDT." The other deleted item says "SKIPPED: Already Discounted April 13, 2018 at 7:42am PDT". And yet, both of their photos still show up in "Special Offers from..." screen.
I have been trying to find a way to fix this myself, I now have 4 Sale Events on the Special Offers page and 3 of the 4 events have the same photo!
Anyway, does anyone have any advice as to how to delete the deleted photos and get the correct photos to show?
