Photos not uploading

Hi

When trying to create  a listing but photos are not uploading,  it says they must be the correct format, Jpeg etc. I've checked, they are Jpeg taken on Samsung A9 tablet. I've cleared cache, browsing history as well.

In addition I get the same message on a different device.

Is this a variation listing @jo386906 ?

Are you trying to add photos at the top of the listing where it says video?

With variation listings you can only add photos to the variation section (below item specifics, above description).

Having the same problem. Always something new and unannounced at ebay. I really do hope this is a temporary glitch.
