I've been having a tech glitch since Saturday. I'm having a problem uploading photos for new listings. My wife's having the same issue with her account. Only 1 photo loads and then, NOTHING! No matter what I click, add or delete, the eBay system isn't working. I can't create any new listings. I've got mountains of items photographed and ready to be listed but the eBay reps can't seem to help as of yet. Plus this morning it was the Make Offer glitch but that's since been fixed. So what gives here? I'm on eBay over 25 years. I list using my desktop (yes, I'm old-fashioned). So when will this photo problem be corrected?

What browser are you using? Is it up to date.
I just finished creating several listings with multiple pictures using the latest Firefox on Windows 10 without problem.
Try another browser.

You would think eBay would work with Chrome or Edge with windows 11 all updated. If they can't get it to work with those they have serious problems and they do!

Chrome and Edge both use the Chrome engine and many sites have problems with them when they update.
They appear to be quite unstable, in spite of their wide use.

Good luck. I have been having the same problem with Variation listing for about 3 weeks now. I have been going back and forth with the Ask eBay reps on X. They told me it was fixed. I tried again today and no luck.

Load as many photos as you can even though all except the first looks empty.
Then save to drafts.
Reopen the draft.
The photos should be there.
That is my work around.
I hope it helps.

I have been also experiencing this issue along with many other issues. I did get around this issue but hope it's soon corrected. Why must we continue jump through hoops to make Ebay money? I just simply quit listing. I'm not paying fees for this frustration. I so wish a copious amount of the successful dinosaur sellers would stop selling for a week or so and lets see if Ebay starts to seriously listen to our needs. But I doubt it. Why is this not a simple platform anymore? This platform is a daily and weekly cluster of changes and tech issues that inhibit listings stuff, sending offers and so much more stuff with any ease. I'm also a 25 year + seller and still use a laptop and desktop. So sorry I can not see a phone I'm too darn mature. This so reminds me of a Bonanza episode when Ben tells his frustrated boys, that one person by itself is easily broken but together we shall overcome, if my memory serves me correct.
