Photos not loading when editing variation listings (and can't add new photos either)

When attempting to add photos to new or existing variation listings, the existing photos do not load and there is no prompt to add or edit photos.  The only result is a spinning green wheel (see screen shot below).  This is affecting both the default and variation photos.  I have tested on two browsers, Edge and Chrome with same result and let one page run for over 30 minutes.  Maybe a script is timing out behind the scenes.  Please fix asap as this prevents me/us from listing items for sale.  This issue with variation listings has occurred frequently over the past few weeks.

CS confirmed there's a sitewide tech ticket this AM. If you contact CS they can add your ID(s) to the ticket. Maybe Kyle can post the ALERT number to make reporting to CS go faster.

Hopefully we can get that sitewide ticket # @wastingtime101 mentioned soon.

I was also going to suggest possibly using the "send us your comments" link on the page. That will allow impacted sellers to send an email to the team that handles variations, along with important information like user name and browser details.

I have had the same issue since last night.  The green spinning wheel is all I get.  I have tried all the fixes possible, so it must be an eBay issue.

I found a quick fix but it will take more time unfortunately, what i do is i go about creating the listing the way i always do but when i get to the photo section i just draft it and add the photos via the app and list it that way. were just going to have to do it like this until they fix it.

Hi, Had sorta' the same issue when adding some new photos. to an existing listing (revise).  Held it in drafts - cleared cookies & restarted desktop.  All good now.  Got lucky I guess.  Still windows 10 - Edge.  Good Luck! (J.B.)

Issue seems to be fixed now, I was able to post photos, nice!  I work in software and I know odd things happen all the time.  This is a pretty good resolution turnaround time.
