Photos not loading since 2/17/22. Anyone else?

Starting on 2/17/22, my photos will not load into a listing.  They get to 38% then stop.  Nothing has changed with my pc or photos.  I cleared cache and tried different browsers and nothing helps.  If I don't list I don't sell so this is a big issue for me.  Anybody else having problems loading photos into listings?

Im Mac safari and I am having the same problem since yesterday.

Pictures won't load at all with Safari. Saved listings as drafts for now. W ill add pics from phone if possible and if not I will ride this out. I had a good selling day yesterday so buyers can see the pictures already posted.

I'm not sure whether this help or not, But try this , Click the button of "Save as Draft" ,then go to "draft" and try to reupload your photos

Are you still unable to upload pics to your listings? I called ebay customer support 5 days ago and they created a ticket and called again today April 15 and am still unable to upload to the original draft or a new one,,,I am frustrated and upset as I have several items I would like to list,,,The rep today told me to use a different device!,,,I have been using my digital camera for years and uploading from my laptop files and are they telling me they no longer support this method??  I am confused and upset,,,Also sick of the constant issues with ebay,,

Are you using a browser or the app on your Chromebook to create listings?

It might be worth trying another browser or the eBay app to see if that allows you to upload pictures.

I believe there is a version of Firefox for Android that works with recent Chromebooks:

I hear you elanowsky, this has been going on for weeks now, with just the odd break where they will load. I am truly sick to death of the glitches on eBay for months now. No one seems to be fixing the issue, I can't do any listings so eBay is making no money from me as I don't have a store to pay for. Come on eBay, do your job so we can all make money for eBay's bank account.

Ugg, I can't list photos from my phone. They will not save or list. They will go onto the draft. I uninstalled the app and reloaded. Sometimes other things are not keeping and changing things. any ideas? Chatted with ebay. Their advice was to list from laptop as you make less mistakes. Oh my ebay, get a clue.

I have been fighting with loading my photos from phone ALL WEEK.  I save the draft and there is no photos at all!  I un-installed ebay app 4x now!  Cleared cache.  Updated Play Store and cleared cache to make sure I got the latest.  Cleared cache in Google.  I've tried everything I can think of.  This is ridiculous.

I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S22+.......think it could be that????

My laptop went to electronics heaven so ebays advice not an option.  I've been searching google and all the discussions.  Someone said to uninstall ebay, update PlayStore, clear cache from Playstore, clear cache from google and then re-install app.    I did it all.  Mines a new phone since last Sunday and I'm ready to chuck it out the window!

I just read someone suggested skipping the last photo taken and start with a different one....I tried it and it worked 🙄.   I can't imagine this will work for long but I'll take it for now!

I did all you have done as well.  I do not think it is a samsung issue, it is an EBAY ISSUE and they are not fixing it!

Photos not loading yet again, I'm so darn fed up with eBay not fixing this issue. They know lots of sellers have been having the issue on & off for the last couple of years. I had mine go down again about 2 or 3 weeks ago, then I got it back and now it's gone off again with the dreaded eBay glitch of horrors again. I can't even do pictures with my Android with snap drop as that don't work half the time as they won't load up on eBay either  FIX IT EBAY AS WE CAN'T SELL ANYTHING
