I tried out the ::ahem:: "New and Improved" listing flow, had major issues with it, switched back to classic listing, and am still having an issue with photos loading incorrectly. Before this latest change, photos would load based on exactly how they were saved on my computer. Now, about 50% of photos load rotated 90 degrees to the right. Because the classic listing mode only has one direction to rotate when editing photos, I have to go to each affected photo and click three times to align them properly. I called and reported the issue and was told it was a problem many users were having and ebay was working on a fix. That was about a week ago - still happening every time I list.
Anyone else?
Suggestions to get the issue fixed? And/or to get rid of that horrid new listing flow?
It takes 3x as long for me list with the changes. It looks like the only sellers that will benefit are the big box store types who are listing the same item over and over. I'm an independent seller with unique items. This format does not help me AT ALL!!!
