Hi all,

i am using Apple iPhone 12 and it is updated to the latest iOS version.

i am using the EBay app, and when I get a message from a buyer I can respond, but if I attach a picture of the product it will not allow me to send the message.

Why can’t I send a message with pictures attached?

i cannot upload more pictures to the listing, it is locked.

Are you able to send the same image if you use a browser rather than the eBay app?

No, because on the safari browser for iOS there is no option to attach images through a message. Text only replies

Are you sure about that? I do not think sending images is browser dependent.

Try changing the browser mode from mobile or classic to desktop, and you should have all the same options you see when using an actual desktop browser. I believe in Safari you can request the desktop site version of the page by tapping and holding the refresh button to reveal a menu option.

Or try another browser to send that image.

I am able to send images in an eBay message using Chrome in desktop mode on an Android phone without any problem.
