Photo upload issues

Yet again having issues while trying to upload photos to a new listing. First, it will be just a black box, second it will error out and say I have an incorrect file format (using .jpg)

Every time this happens it brings productivity to a halt. I'm not asking for help, I just want this bull**bleep** website to work properly for once.

App or the real Ebay website. It matters. The app has never been a stable tool for listing.

Just returned to the forum from creating new images using the website, no problems occurred.

So I've found this is completely related to Firefox after a bunch of time..  They fixed it.. Then it went to black photos.. Now photos are sometimes black out or not accessible.  eBay should be able to cross platforms..   I'm not sure what's going on.. communication issue??
