Photo issues on App

For several days now, when I go to add photos to my drafts within app, one or two may work correctly, but then it stops letting you move photos into the order you need. Adding photos from phone (which is what I use to photograph), then getting on PC to put in order/finish is not ideal! Plus lets just say, wow the photo background removal tool on eBay/PC is TERRIBLE! Photos look much better when edited from phone app ... if only that was working! 🙄

First: delete app, reboot phone, then do a fresh install of latest app version. That fixes a lot of problems.

If you're still running into the photos issue after that (a lot of sellers have been reporting app / photo issues recently), your best option is to file a tech report. As you know, the more people reporting, the higher it goes up eBay's priority list.

Shake your phone while the app is open to report.
