Paypal purchase option not showing up 7/10/23???

Why doesn't Paypal option show up for purchase option?

I just spoke to a support agent.  Apparently, they are aware of an issue with Paypal not showing as a payment option and they are working on it.

PayPal is currently experiencing technical difficulties that make it so eBay can't connect to their API to process payments - when that happens, eBay removes it as a payment option temporarily until the issue is fixed.

You'll need to use an alternate payment method for now or wait for the PayPal issue to be resolved.
