Look at screenshot received email from ebay and there is wierd string of letters in the body

I have the same. Must've been something on the email template that they sent out..but just for today 1/14. Not on the 3 previous days I checked.

It really bugs me that they are using students to run Ebay instead of having professionals do it so everything is smooth and doesn’t colliee with performance.

I've worked with 100's of people across 40 years. There are just as many bad 25 year veterans of a specific job as much as there are brilliant 1 year workers.

It's all about the people and their abilities and sadly, the hiring pool in the US is made up of US people. Just because you got a diploma doesn't mean you are good at anything.

Heck- I want to see the Doctors Report Cards on the wall of the waiting room; not just a diploma. You can get a diploma by passing your classes. 70%. That means you don't know diddly squat 3 out of 10 times.

What happened to those brilliant employees Ebay had? The preferences were working, ads were working, shipping section was working and there was little destruction and mishaps compared to what takes place now for at least a year. I don’t know if Ebay was hiring less students then and if those employees had diplomas. Something they were doing was working better. There was more traffic. They had more items listed, more buyers, more sellers. Business was thriving.
