Buyer purchased item on 12th, paid on 14th. Showed up under my paid, ship now. I printed label night of 14th to ship this morning, the 15th. This item "paid for" is still not showing up under my pending payments more than 24hrs later and now after calling eBay this morning to see what I should do? Mail it or ?!? Was told to mail item because it says buyer made the payment. Agent said there is now a "ticket" to tech because he could see she paid, but he could also see it's nowhere in my account that she did so; with the exception of seeing that it has been now shipped by me.
No answers to where this money is for this payment that eBay agent states on the phone, was received. Item has now been mailed via eBay agents information and suggesting item should be mailed. So I now do not have the item and I do not have a pending payment for this item. Now what ?!?!?!?
Then ... tonight item bought and paid right away, I printed label, but it will not clear my ship now page, even though this item IS in my pending payments and DOES show a tracking number! Ugh!! Not sure what's going on. What's the next move?
