I am tyring to print label using bulk label and I got this message "

Sorry, 13 labels couldn't be generated. Payment error: please check your payment method and try again."

I had this happened two days ago. After no support from eBay(no one can be reached). I try paypal support using message. No satisfying answer there either. And I realized that my paypal credit card has expired and I updated the credit card with prepaid credit card. Then the error seemed fixed and today same error occurred.

Anyone knows the solution to this

Best to use the funds in Paypal acquired in sales to generate shipping labels, never a prepaid card with an unstable balance.  You may not know the exact balance or label cost with fees,  any entity trying to collect funds will be denied if it's a penny off.
