For the past month every time I purchase something (through Paypal), money is taken out of my account and sent to the seller. But then an hour later the payment is refunded. This happens every time I buy something and more than once I have received the item before I could get int contact with the seller. I cant send the money again because it goes to my purchased folder. I have talked to PayPal and they were sure it was not on their end. I have not been able to get in contact with an eBay rep to resolve. I have been resorting to sending it to their Paypal email from within Paypal even though that's against eBay TOS.
