PayPal payment recieved but item is still listed

I received a payment for an item I have listed via PayPal but the item is still listed for sale on eBay and it shows no record of it being sold.  What should I do?

It does happen where paypal will notify you first prior to item being sold on ebay. What we do is refresh our email inbox on our email that is attached to ebay. It usually will update the item and ebay notifies us that it did indeed sale. We hope this helps.
