In a recent transaction. I purchased a pick up item. I paid via PayPal . I picked up the item and weeks later the seller emailed me to state he did not get his payment.
Pay pal had held the payment and filed an unpaid claim against me .
So here i paid for the item and there was NO COMMUNICATION between ebay and PayPal. I had to cancel my credit card payment since it did not go to the seller Ebay then continues to make my life miserable for over a month and probably 10 calls to customer service and chat. I tried over and over to re- pay on ebay and was sent in circles to a page with no route to pay. I finally had to go outside of ebay and drive a check to the seller.
Literral a month later ebay just sent me a email:

NO ONE at ebay knows the aggravation they have put me through NOR do they care to address the systems error occurring here on there part.
Everything is documented on my account but no where in the ebay system is there true resolution!

Did you go to Pay Pal and make the payment or pay through Ebay checkout?
