Pardon Our Interruption...

When I try to log in to the site from my computer, I get this message: Pardon Our Interruption...As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. Please fix this error. I can't log in to my store.

Re: Pardon Our Interruption...

Are you using a VPN? That might be causing issues for you, particularly if the IP address is dynamically assigned.

Make sure your browser is up-to-date and has JavaScript enabled (and not blocked):

https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

In some cases, if you are using a bad link and getting stuck in a redirection loop, you can get that error message.

If the problem happens when trying to sign in, see if you can use a different link to sign in.

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

If you are using a mobile browser, try changing to a different browser mode: mobile, classic or desktop. Sometimes one page may not render properly in mobile or classic mode, and that may cause a redirection to a different mode, but the page may redirect back to the first page in a loop. Try a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

Or try using the app.

Re: Pardon Our Interruption...

This happened to me as well. Worked on mobile, desktop Firefox, but not Google Chrome. Ebay chat on FB suggested clear cache which worked. One of the few times that clearing cache has fixed a bug.

Re: Pardon Our Interruption...

Tried 4 different browsers. Cleared the cache. There is no VPN. JavaScript enabled. Nothing helped. The home page loads and when I try to log into my account the error appears again. The problem is only if I go to ebaycom Ebayco k works but if I need to do something that requires logging into my account on ebaycom again the error prevents me from doing it. Support suggested trying again in 48-72 hours. How can I work in my store?

Re: Pardon Our Interruption...

Try a different network provider, if possible.
