Pardon Our Interruption... (Terapeak)

I am a long-time, heavy (to extent permitted) terapeak user. In last couple days, started seeing the "Pardon Our Interruption..." pseudo "bot" error message. (Aside: bots do not sign in, engage in commercial transactions, or require polite messaging when ux gets shredded .. so a bit disingenuous and unhelpful message).

Tried all the browsers, browser states, vpn states, etc. Only occurs when I try to access Terrapeak. I get the feeling of rate-limiting disguised as "bot" defense. What would be nice is clear, transparent rules & tracking around resource consumption/limits. This would allow planning and optimization within constraints vs having them pop up unexpectedly (disguised as bot/browser messaging). What would be better is option to increase (or remove) limits. Given ebay traffic etc, is it really necessary to cut off sellers at O(100) queries (in selling research tool)?

Not a huge seller, but enough to provide 10s of thousands of USD to ebay per annum. Is it really necessary to **bleep** around a few pennies of machine resources? TP has been critical component in workflow .. so not happy.

Any help would be great, but no gaslighting about cookies etc. This error message / cycle is server side I can be 99.99% certain.  Another store subscription for additional (unspecified / unmeasurable / untrackable) TP queries?

Such problems are often associated with VPN use. Simply turning off the VPN once you have encountered a problem may not solve the issue, though.

Users encountered similar problems when trying to list while using a VPN recently.

See this thread for some suggestions of things to try:

[edit to add: can you use Terapeak on ebay.ca?]

Pardon Our Interruption... (Terapeak)

I am having the same issue. After using Product Research/TeraPeak and it's "Exclude Listing" or Filters, I come across the same error. I have tried every possible solution I could find, including clear cache and cookies, delete browser history (it uses a different url for every filter and "Exclude Listing" combination... no wonder why I'm having problems when it sees I'm accessing a new web address every 5 seconds when filtering out specific listings!), using a different browser and device, using a different internet network, and now using a ebay.ca. The only workaround I have found is using the ebay app (maybe this feature isn't incorporated in the app?), so I know it has to be tied to my account. The next day, I'd estimate 12 hours or so later, I can access the Product Research/TeraPeak without a problem. I'm not sure if it happens sooner or the criteria is more strict each time this happens, but I am getting more familiar with and navigating the website faster as I become more familiar. Either way, I can no longer research product values in one session, I either have to wait until the next day or use the ebay app, which provides much less information and I have to exclude A LOT of listings manually since there isn't a price range filter. If anyone figures this out, I will be very grateful. I'm tired of using a less-optimized and tedious tool after I'm halfway through my research, especially as my business is growing and I'm losing increasingly-precious time!
