The "We looked everywhere errors" are eBay's cutesy version of a standard 404 error - "Page Not Found".
I got one with for that item because I used OCR on the screenshot you included, there were errors, and I missed making one correction to the mistakes the OCR software made in the URL - there was a - instead of a / before the item number in the URL. (I could have just read the item URL from the screenshot and typed it in but thought OCR was quicker)
In any case, those errors are usually a result of bad links - either dead links eBay has used, or errors introduced when a user manually manipulates a link.
I have no idea why it's happening for links you are getting from search results.
A couple of things you could try as experiments:
When you get an error like that, edit the URL in the address bar and remove everything after the item number in the URL
ie: strip off all the ?hash=..... garbage at the end and try that.
Another thing to try is to strip the item title out of the URL, leaving only
https://www.ebay.com/itm/291548935509 and see if that works any better.
I can't see all the parameters that are getting attached to the URLS search provides you - it is cut off in the screenshot, and I can't see how that could be it (eBay mostly ignores anything after the ? query separator if it's invalid), but first guess is a mangled URL.
