New Ebay seller here. I have listings available for sale but it is not allowing me to make edits. After I click update, it says "page not found," and my changes like uploading photos are just not there. Is this unusual?

Yes, that is unusual.
Are you using a phone app or are you getting this on a computer? If the former, try using a computer.

On the computer. Tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. No price lowering, nothing budging.

Tried clearing cache & cookies? If that doesn't work, you will have to contact CS.
