Packing Slip Missing information

Hello, Today I completed a sale of one of my items, and noticed an issue with printing of the packing slip. Almost all of the transaction information that would be placed on the packing slip, is missing on the packing slip. When looking at the "Print and Shipping Label" page, all the information is there and is correct. When I click "Print packing slip", a small pop-up box comes up showing what the packing slip will look like. Only the SOLD ITEM DESCRIPTION AND LISTING NUMBER are on the packing slip! That is exactly how it prints out as well.

The only options that a seller can do, is to add or change the seller message to one of several "canned" messages, plus click three (3) boxes (optional) which are:

Add seller return policy

Include seller badge and score

Hide "Ship from" address.

I did not click the hide ship from box and yet it is not on the packing slip as well.

All the buyers info and sellers info is missing.

 I looked over all links and settings and could not find anything. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

This is the new and improved eBay packing slip. Many have complained, but there is no way to go back to the old one.

Thanks for the reply, although I'm quite surprised they would remove so much information. Even the buyers name is missing. Maybe they made the changes for increasing identity theft prevention? Just a thought. I would like to see at least some of the buyer info reinstated. I'm sure if enough people complain, they will change it again. I have noticed a lot of site changes over the past six months. It seems like every time I have to add a new listing or print off shipping labels, the corresponding pages are completely changed.

I think dtexley3 suggested turning off any ad blocker or else whitelisting gslblui.ebay.com here:

Something about the change in the packing slip design can cause ad blockers to block parts of it from appearing correctly.

@sklecandasteve  as eburtonlab stated several of us have been able to get the addresses to show by disabling our ad blocker for the packing slip pages.   I can't claim credit for figuring that out, but have been passing the possible fix along to help others.

SOLVED!    Thank you dtexley3 and others. You are correct! I just disabled my add blocker and it is now working correctly. I had recently activated UBlock Origin to my browser and never gave it a thought, that it would cause a problem like that.
