I have quite a few "make an offers" on a daily basis, but after you make the offer and the off shows sent, the "item" in the "make an offer" DOES NOT GO AWAY, you can even keep doing it and it still won't go away. The problem seems more pronounced, rather than random, if you click on say 'eight' make an offer and make an offer of say, 20% off on all of them.. same category - similar items. I am so tired of putting a note that says "made an offer but ebay won't delete this ... offer has been made." It also happens with that annoying "Add specifics" which, even if every category has something in it." So tired of that too.

If you are referring to the banner that pops up you can click the "X" for it to go away.

I do that it sometimes it comes back so I just ignore it.
Add item specific....click on it then scroll down to " Don't ask me about this again"it goes away. It doesn't come back unless you list something.

Wrong, you can complete the item specifics and click on "don't ask me again" and it is still there. My "make an offer" list that I have made an offer is about a week deep with offers I have made but it is still telling me that I can make "xx" offers when there are no new ones just old list.
