Overcharged on shipping labels. Ghost charges only showing in managed payments tab. Any advice?

So I moved into managed payments about one week ago.  I sold a couple of items and went to pay for 2 labels on ebay.  Each was rejected several times saying "something went wrong try again later".  Later that day I was finally able to purchase and print those labels on ebay.

A few days later, under my managed payments tab, it showed that I was charged 9 times for one label and 6 times for the other.   So I had an ebay rep call me back.  They acknowledged the issue and passed me around to 3 departments.  Finally someone said they call me back with a solution.  The next day I received an email telling me that I was only charged once for each label.   Yet the managed payments tab still shows the overcharges and me with a negative balance.  I could not find a place to request refunds for the overcharged postage labels as under the labels tab is just shows 1 charge for each item.  And neither could the ebay reps.

So is ebay just saying tough luck to the ghost charges instead of making an adjustment on their end?  The overcharges are sitting there plain as day in the managed payments tab yielding a negative balance on my account.  Instead of receiving my payout today, I received nothing.  Anyone else have this problem?  Any advice?

What a mess, hope this isn't widespread.  Suggest you contact ebay below, they will reply.

Had a similar issue.  I got charged for the mailing label twice, but didn't figure that out til too late, since the help desk says they can't refund for the label not used after 5 days.  Of course, it was more than 5 days before I found out, when I got my money and wondered why it was so low.  I can't find a place to raise the issue higher than the Customer Service Support.

@Anonymous I'm sorry to hear that multiple charges went through. There is a way to void labels though and sellers have 120 hours (five days) to do so. Go here to start that process with the unused labels and if you run into issues then hopefully Customer Support can help you further from here.
