I was receiving order confirmation emails up through June 2, 2024, about when the updated messaging system was released. But since then each order has produced only an email from PayPal, although I still receive email from eBay for refunds, etc. My communication preferences are correct, and they are not going to spam. The eBay help page for email notifications doesn't help.
Others say they are still receiving order confirmation emails, so one wonders if this is an email server issue. Is there a way to check that? My email server is not blacklisted, but it also has no DMARC records. Could that be it?
