I reported this problem via a customer service phone call on Oct 3rd and went through it step by step with the CS rep and they were going to escalate to tech and told me to try it again in 24 hours. I've tried it everyday for the past 3 days and still no luck (you can see the failed attempts in my marketing dashboard if you wish to see what I tried) and again I went though it all over the phone already. I just wanted to raise this issue again as it's now 4th quarter and I would love to offer an order discount on my toy and game category to give incentive to buyers into buying more than 1 . Help? Thank you.
