I’ve been trying for days to get EBay to step in. Goods I ordered early April didn’t arrive and seller said a refund was on its way. 2 weeks ago. The seller is not replying to my request for the refund and unfortunately every time I try to involve EBay I get the silly Oops message on screen. Help please.

Hi. I had no idea I was signed in on the US eBay. Might the seller be US based. I’ll check it out though. Thanks.

You are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site.
Have you tried requesting a refund on the UK ebay.co.uk site?
If so, you may want to post your question on the UK discussion boards in case there is a local issue there.

Thanks for the reply, Yes I did a fortnight back but I couldn’t get in touch. with them. Kept getting Oops whichever way I tried. Contacting the seller or EBay. Yesterday somehow I managed to contact the on line help computer and it resolved the refund straight away.
