Hi.
I've been trying to contact a seller, to whom the item I ordered has been shipped back.
Every time I try to contact him, the interface says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later." without providing any exact information on what went wrong and how I can fix it. It has been like that for days.
I tried searching other threads for solutions but so far found none. Can you please help?

The only options I know of are the basics-reboot, try a different browser. If it was the seller blocking you it would say so. This sounds like a run of the mill ebay glitch.

You returned an item? Did you talk to the seller before you sent it back?

I have blocked the pburn userid on my BBL (temporarily). Try to purchase one of my fixed price items.
Please post a screen shot of any message you receive. I doubt that you will even be able to see any of my listings without a item id.

I was blocked from buying from you and communicating with you. Since communicating seems to be the OP's concern, here's the message I received when I tried to contact you about that cool Buddha oil warmer!
So that's obviously not the OP's problem.

So obviously, you could see my listings, but could not purchase or message. I actually thought that you would not be able to see the listings. Block lifted.

I see you are registered in Hungary.
Is the item you purchased still listed? If it has been more than 60 days since the sale, it might not be. If the item is still listed, there should be a link to contact the seller there which might be worth trying if the contact seller link in your Purchase History is not working.
And is the seller still registered with eBay? If the seller is no longer registered that would be one reason you would not be able to reach them. If the seller is still around there is another link to contact them on their profile page or feedback page.
Depending on the details of what happened and why the package was returned to the seller, you may have other options available even if you are unable to contact the seller through eBay.

Thank you all for the helpful replies.
I've been trying to contact the seller both directly and via the item feedback page, every time I tried doing so, it gave me the "Oopsie whoopsie" error.
The problem is that I am indeed located in Hungary, and most of the stuff I order is from China (or in this case, Russia), the shipping is therefore usually well above 60 days. If I run out of the ability to give feedback in 60 days, it really sucks, since the arrival of my orders is not even due at that point.

I see you are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US site and are posting on the US boards.
If you are trying to delete a message from your inbox, instead try moving the message to the trash. If that does not work, try moving the message to a new folder and then deleting the folder, or rename the folder Trash2 and use it to store messages you no longer need.
