Did you mean:

Only on eBay.com: "We are sold out, but here are some other stores you may be interested in."

Hello dear eBay community,

I run a small eBay shop in Germany (eBay.de) and have a technical problem that I would like to discuss with you. I offer international DHL shipping to the US (and actually worldwide), but when I go to my profile page on eBay.com, I get the following message: ‘We are sold out, but here are some other shops you might be interested in.’
This is actually far from the truth as I have 15+ active listings.
The problem only occurs on eBay.com and not, for example, eBay.it or eBay.co.aus or ect. as you can see in the screenshots below. I have a feeling that this was not always the case as I have sold some items to American customers in the past.

Could you please help me? I feel that I am losing a lot of buyers due to this problem.

Kind regards,

elegancebyrafael

I can't see your store either, but I can see 17 items for sale in a search by seller. I don't know why, but I thought this information might be useful.

You might try offering postal delivery (by the post office) to see if that makes a difference. Couriers are not recommended for international deliveries because they charge the buyers brokerage fees to take the items through customs. Also, the customs and tariff situation is not clear at the moment, whether items made in the EU will be subject to tariffs when imported to the USA or not.
