Only 1/3 of Sold items showing for 90 days?

In the past few days, my items sold list is showing about 1/3 of what I have sold in the last 90 days. I also check archived and nothing showing.  Anyone else having this problem?  I have avoided contacting Ebay, hoping I would find an answer here.  Assuming technical glitch..Thanks!

Items that sell from multi-quantity listings do not show as sales until the listing is ended. Either by selling out or being ended in some other manual way.
Could that be the case?

No..I ended up calling Ebay and discovered the other 2/3 was in "deleted" items, under the old Ebay format vs Seller Hub.  I tried my best to fix it but failed..Thank you for your response.

Over the holidays I noticed the mobile app was wrong at times but attributed that to sever delays due to high traffic. My seller hub has been correct and both eBay and PayPal mobile app alerts have been accurate and in a timely manor. Have you tried different browsers to rule out it is not browser related.
