Let me just list some of the ongoing problems I've been having for weeks on eBay. I am using a 2021 Mac mini running the most current version of iOS and Safari:
1. Receiving hundreds of notifications of every type imaginable: auctions are ending soon, I have been outbid, I have won an item and awaiting payment, auction has ended, items sold, etc. All for items I have not viewed, watched, listed or bid on. The notifications appears and after 1-3 minutes they all disappear. This has happened 5 times in the last 2 weeks.
2. From Seller's Active listing page: a. Not able to move past page 1. b. Not able to use the drop down menu for a particular item to "end listing". These problems come and go...some times they work and other times they don't.
3. Can't find that page - pops up often, especially when trying to view a listing or view a draft listing. It happens on iPhone often when trying to view a draft listing.
4. Very slow loading of pages.
5. Continuing to be alerted that I have an offer and to "Respond to it" when the item has several bids and days after the offer was sent to me. Clicking button gives message that offer has expired.
Solutions: 1. I have cleared cookies and cache and all data related to ebay. 2. I shut down Safari and computer. 3. I have changed my password. 4. For Issue 1: I have contacted support and they found nothing wrong with my account or my account security. They indicated it was just a temporary glitch and that a "ticket" was sent to the tech team so it wouldn't happen again. It has happened 3 times since.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix these things I would appreciate it.

#1 seems to be an issue for some users receiving notifications that are not related to their individual accounts. These seem to come and go with no apparent pattern. Despite the troubling nature of the problem, it does not appear that any actual security issues are involved -- the notifications do not lead to access to others' accounts, if I understand correctly.
#2 might be an issue with Safari. Try another browser such as Firefox and see if that allows you to navigate to page two successfully or use those menus.
#3 might be a redirection issue. Try using a different browser or browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop). Sometimes a link does not redirect properly, resulting in loops or errors. If there is an alternative link that gets you the same information, try that.
#4 If another browser seems to load faster, try clearing cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies in the original browser. Slow loading could also be a network problem, or possibly a problem with an add-on. A computationally expensive ad blocking rule might slow things down considerably, for instance.

Thanks for your comments. I have been hesitant to download another browser but probably the only way to rule out Safari as the culprit. I noticed a little while ago that more buttons aren't working on the seller page besides the "end listing" one. I don't think it is a network issue as I have no problems with any other sites.

Just to update, nothing has changed regarding functionality of the website despite trying multiple browsers and different Mac and Windows computers. Clearing caches and browser history does nothing to fix the problem. Website works fine for hours or days and then randomly, various functions don't work (e.g. click end listing button unresponsive, click page number to move to next page in active listing...loads but keep you on page 1). Conclusion: not a browser or computer problem but an Ebay problem.
