Sold an item on September 16, had to update my bank account and now my account is restricted. Contacted eBay multiple times as there is no option to upload bank statement. Was told this is a technical issue . Has now been on a week since being told it was a technical issue and nothing has been done about it. Way to hold onto customers payout money. This is rediculous. Been a client for over 9 years. Next contact is the ACCC

If you have an account with either Twitter or Facebook, you can contact eBay there via DM. Those CS reps might be able to offer more help than the phone reps.
