Onetime Payment For Fees Not Working

I noticed there is a new interface. I normally pay my fees every few days and went in very early Saturday morning and saw the new interface. I entered my credit card information, hit done and get a error. It is Saturday afternoon now and it has still been down.

WAIT ~ HOLY COW, IT WORKED!!! Ok so when I sat on the phone with Ebay for over a hour, NO ONE mentioned this. Thank you so much,. my last question is if the same thing happens next invoice where do I find this link you just gave me again? This looks like the OLD way Ebay used to pay!

automatic payment to get the policy page I provided

I tried it and it gets me logged into PayPal and then disappears. Over and over again. I used to be able to get in that way but no more!!

@fj117   Try firefox and the Blue Button part way down the page that says make a one time payment

Hello,

I am having this issue as well for several weeks now. I get to the page where you choose which type of payment and then on the right hand side where you click "make a one time payment" ... the button does not allow you to click it to send it though. I have tried all the links above and even reconnected to paypal as my chosen payment method, but nothing works. I have internet explorer and have never had an issue until about a month ago.

anyone else having this issue? Any other suggestions???

This hasn't worked for me dating to 11/2018. Costing me rebate $ in the process. 

I've been told 5-6 different times it would a)  be fixed b) my account was placed on a list to review to make sure it's fixed.
