On Vacation - Ebay store does not show any items to customers

Hi,

I have been on a vacation and someone from my family just sent me a note that they do not see any items on my eBay store available at all for them to choose the items. I logged in to the account and I still see over 190 listings. I tried to figure out if there was any obvious reason like possibly incorrectly updating all the listings however I cannot figure if a rule has been applied or not.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If yes, please help out.

I have a store membership but cannot figure out how to get to eBay customer service.
