Offer outbid notices pops up constantly

Hello. Does anyone know how I can tell eBay's tech department that I have a technical glitch? I made an offer, it was declined.  The auction ended without selling the item. Now I'm getting the notification every 60 seconds, I am not exaggerating. I don't think it makes a difference but the item was relisted. I tried signing off. Shutting down the PC. Thanks for any advice you can give. Jean

You might try clearing your history in the browser.........

It didn't solve the constant pop up program. It did clear up another annoying quirk. Thanks.
