Offer glitch

I received an offer on Feb. 5 which expired on Feb. 6.

It's still showing as an open offer to which I must respond but when I open it, it shows as expired.

But I can't make it go away!

Offer glitch

Where it showing as open? If it's on the Hub overview page, the only way I know of to make it go away is to wait for it to time out.

Sometimes I have incorrect stats on that page - items pending action that were already taken care of - and no amount of using different browsers, app, clearing cookies and cache will make it go away. Usually have to wait 60-90 days for it to "time out."

If it's really annoying you, go to CS on social - show them a screenshot in a DM - and ask them to report it. Sometimes eBay can manually fix a one-off on your account when they look into it. Sometimes they can't.

Of course you can always end the listing and relist it. That should get rid of the false pending response count. Depends how badly it's annoying you to take that big of an action. (Personally I'd leave it alone - getting offers means buyer interest which means search boost.)

Sorry I don't have any better tips for you on this one. But I'll keep an eye out for other reports. If this is widespread people will light up the board. My thinking right now is this is probably the intermittent glitch I see happen on the Overview page in different areas that don't properly update - like it says you have to leave FB when FB was already left.
