Offer Box is Grayed out in Google Chrome

Like the title says, the Offer Box is grayed out in Google Chrome and has been for me for about 2 years now, I have to switch to Microsoft Edge when making Offers. Any Help would be much appreciated.

My PC: Windows 10 is up to date

Browser: Google Chrome is up to date

Any difference if you temporarily disable add-ons in Chrome? I have run into issues with overly strict ad blocking rules that can interfere with such menus from time to time.
