Notifications on Iphone stopped showing. Nothing has changed. Anyone else?

Racking my brain here. I haven't changed a thing. If I have my sound on my phone I will hear the "cha ching" but it will not show in the eBay icon. I literally have to go into my eBay to see if there are any notifications, messages etc. This is not good especially if someone has asked a question and I don't see it for hours. Now, I have tried absolutely everything from turning my notifications buttons on and off again. Restarting the app etc. No avail. All buttons are correct and have been. This could be an IOS update issue? Not sure. Is anyone else having this issue as of Oct 29 2018? Any ideas?

I am having the same issue since yesterday (10/28) morning. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+ not an iphone. I turned my notifications off and on, then restarted the app, and still nothing. I had a notification for a message from a buyer and also a notification of a sale, both of which I had to go to my Ebay to see as there was no notification on the Ebay icon.
