Nothing is Working

Absolutely everything is messed up. Throw the whole site in the garbage and start over. How does a company is big and as profitable as eBay have this many issues. Where are the tech staff?? Search is broken, I can't do anything to my store/listings without getting an error message, offers have been broken for months...and the list goes on. But today just really takes the cake. What an absolute mess.

Thanks for posting but it is a little light on details.  I see you sold 274 items in the last 90 days ... that's pretty good. 

What other venue would assist you in selling that many items?  Just curious, not being critical.

Thats odd...I was listing all day without issues. 
Search has been wonky for a long time and isn't going to change until sellers properly use Item specifics titles and key words.

Can you elaborate on that part? I might be able to help.

Offers and search are different matters and there have been a bunch of reports about those.

Well I guess it would be a little of everything. I tried to buy something and cannot pay, just errors out. Concerning as a seller for obvious reasons.

I list using third party software, so no issues there; however, every time I have gone on the website or app to re-list, revise or do anything in my store it gives me errors. 

I was adding the search and offers as the cherry on top...we all know those have been broken.

As an aside, my sales figures are not the point of my post but since some nice fellow decided to inquire....I am down over 50% in my sales numbers this month. Sales volume is unique to each store and what may look good to you may not be good for that store. But in any event, not what I was here about.

If that happens again come back with details, steps and screenshots. Frequently that stuff can be diagnosed.

That's obviously concerning. Was it happening today / this week? Can you post the error message and provide any more details like were you on app or web, etc?

'third party software'...might be the photo size or such for revise or such.

Are you like unlimited how many can be posted within the month...sold or not?

'cannot pay'...I have 5 credit sources on file in which I can pay either one.

I did had to update my new debit card last month...since the date expired.

Are you using one of those programs where you have to make any changes through the program and not Ebay?
